Partner program terms

1. The program

The Sagaz partner program, run by Espectra LLC ("Espectra"), lets agencies, consultants and freelancers earn commissions on the clients they bring to Sagaz. By being approved and using the partner portal, you accept these terms, in addition to the Terms of service.

2. Application and approval

  • To join, you must submit an application. Espectra decides at its discretion whom to approve and may limit the number of partners.
  • Once approved, you get access to the partner portal and your referral link.

3. Referred clients

  • A client is assigned to you if they sign up with your referral link or if you create their account from the partner portal.
  • Clients who already had a Sagaz account, your own account and accounts of companies you control aren't assigned to you.
  • If it's unclear which partner a client belongs to, Espectra decides.

4. Commissions

  • You earn a percentage of what your active clients pay for their Sagaz plan, every month, for as long as they keep paying.
  • Your tier is based on your active clients at the end of each month: Bronze (1 to 5 clients) 10%, Silver (6 to 15) 15%, Gold (16 or more) 20%. Your tier's percentage applies to all your clients that month.
  • An "active client" is an account on a paid plan that's up to date. Complimentary, trial or past-due accounts don't count and don't earn commission.
  • Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected, excluding taxes, and doesn't include Meta or other platform charges.
  • If a payment is refunded or reversed, we deduct the related commission.

5. Payouts

  • We pay commissions once a month, within the first 15 days of the following month, to the payout method you set in the portal.
  • You're responsible for any taxes on your commissions.

6. Conduct

  • You must present Sagaz honestly. You may not promise features, prices or results we don't offer.
  • You may not spam, bid on ads using the "Sagaz" brand or pretend to be Espectra.
  • You're an independent contractor, not an employee or legal representative of Espectra.

7. Termination and changes

  • You or Espectra can end your participation at any time by email.
  • If it ends because you broke these terms, pending commissions are forfeited. Otherwise, we pay commissions already earned.
  • Espectra may change the program's percentages or rules with at least 30 days' notice.
